Dr Matthew Windsor on Comparative International Legal Policy

Dr Matthew Windsor was an invited speaker at a workshop in Berlin, Germany titled ‘Comparative International Legal Policy: National Political Approaches Towards International Legal Order’, convened by the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law and Humboldt University of Berlin (5-6 June 2024). Matthew’s paper was titled ‘Between Myth System and Operational Code: Lost in Translation?’, and drew on his forthcoming monograph – Advising States: Government Lawyering in International Law – to be published by Oxford University Press in 2025.
