Viva voce success for Rebecca Rees

We are pleased to announce that Rebecca Rees passed her PhD viva voce examination today (Friday 11 October 2024).

Rebecca's thesis ‘The use of relative price evaluation formulae in the UK housing sector and the extent to which these comply with EU Procurement Law’ was supervised by Luke Butler (Professor of Public Procurement Law and Regulation, University of Nottingham) and Anna-maria LaChimia (Professor of Law and Development, University of Nottingham).

The internal examiner was Dr Peter Trepte (Senior Fellow in Public Procurement Law, University of Nottingham) and the external examiner was Albert Sanchez-Graells (Professor of Economic Law, University of Bristol). 

Dr Nicholas Gervassis (Assistant Professor in Law (Technology and Data), University of Nottingham) served as the chair of the examination.
