Dr Georgopoulos gives invited presentation regarding the influence of UK public procurement law on the evolution of EU public procurement rules

Aris Georgopoulos was invited speaker at an event organised by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue in Greece (AAΔΕ-IAPR). Dr Georgopoulos presented the UK’s new public procurement rules (which came into force on 24 February 2025) and explored the influence that the UK public procurement law and practice has had on the evolution of the EU public procurement regulatory framework.
