Based on a needs analysis generated as part of the LGLN data collection, we have created a coaching framework for our Network, headed up by Dr Roshni Mooneeram. We have aligned our expertise in Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI), leadership, and sociolinguistics which seeks to empower voice. This peer coaching initiative is part of our commitment for ongoing collaborations with and mutual support for our networks in East Africa.
The coaching is targeted at the professional leadership needs and challenges faced by our members. We will prioritise individuals whose work fits within the priority areas of LGLN and with the potential for high impact. In order to be considered, please send Professor Louise Mullany an email with details of (1) why you would like to be coached, (2) how you think coaching might help you, and (3) what you would like to achieve at the end of the coaching.
