Welcome to Nanofabrication Nottingham

Nanofabrication Nottingham is home to a huge variety of nanofabrication equipment allowing researchers from across the university and beyond to fabricate a range of devices with nanometre scale features.

Housed over 2 sites and staffed by 3 full time experts it allows for electron beam lithography, photolithography, deposition of metals and dielectrics, dry and wet etching of materials and many more.

We are proud to work with a wide range of departments and organisations from the more typical users in Physics to those who have maybe not considered nanofabrication to be relevant like biologists. Full training is available, or we can do the work for you, either way you will be supported in every step along the way.
