Improving Your Practice
This RLO is the third of a family of three objects that were commissioned by, and developed in partnership with the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. This RLO challenges the think about their own practice and then provides an interactive version of the Plan Do Study Act (PDSA) cycle to allow them to undertake this activity. It stresses the need to measure and reflect on any improvements that are planned. The RLO also looks at professional development within the area of improvement and how this relates to the six core dimensions of the Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF). A portfolio tool allows learners to record and print information as they work through the package.
