Franco Falcone attended the Helicobacter meeting in Bordeaux recently, which was attended by 600 participants from all over the world, with 60 participants from South Korea. Franco presented the poster on behalf of his group and it was awarded the Prize for best poster presentation (in the category basic science, the other was for clinical research). The European Helicobacter and Microbiota Study Group met in Bordeaux, France, 7-9 September, 2017.
