Being Human Festival logo

The Being Human Festival programme has landed! 

Ode to Notts brings together a series of workshops and a performance night, led by the University of Nottingham, exploring Nottingham's local history, culture and heritage, as part of the Being Human Festival.

Each November, Being Human Festival presents hundreds of free events across the UK and beyond. Festival events aim to celebrate and demonstrate the ways in which the humanities inspire and enrich our everyday lives, help us to understand ourselves, our relationships with others, and the challenges we face in a changing world.  

Researcher from the University of Nottingham will be hosting a number of free workshops at Nottingham Central Library from the 7 - 14 November, as part of this nationwide celebration of the humanities.
