Email: bouwe.dijkstra@nottingham.ac.uk

Bio: Dr Bouwe Dijkstra's work analyses the costs of climate change and of reaching net zero, especially how to minimize these costs and provide incentives for the necessary innovation. His research suggests how we can achieve international climate change agreements, how carbon trading can help reduce the cost of carbon abatement and give incentives for innovation, and how this innovation will affect the product markets.

Bouwe has previously worked with a number of external and policy partners, including consultation work on developing the UK Emissions Trading Scheme.
