Bio: Dr Nick Mount's work focuses on trans-disciplinary approaches to the understanding, analysis and management of hydrological and river systems. As the Water Lead for the £1.05 million Modelling and Analytics for a Sustainable Society Doctoral Training Centre , he has helped bring together mathematicians, scientists, engineers, and social scientists to find solutions to the pressing and inter-connected challenges of sustainable food, water and energy.
Nick currently sits on the International Advisory Panel for the Colombian Constitutional Court Ruling T-622 where he advises on the most appropriate river restoration approaches for the Atrato Basin.
