Academic advises on international security issues

Dr Afzal Ashraf, Assistant Professor in International Relations, provided expertise as a guest speaker at an international secrity conference in Ankara, Turkey on 19-20 September 2019, hosted by the Turkish Gendarmerie & Coast Guard Academy, part of the Ministry of the Interior, where he spoke on Cyber security and Radicalism. Afzal was also on the scientific committee and chaired the intelligence session.
