Members of the School of Politics and International Relations have recently contributed to a new report on the future Afghanistan foreign policy direction.
'Afghanistan: Prospects and Challenges' features expert analysis from a number of academics from the University of Nottingham, including members from the School's own research centres - the Centre for the Study of Subversion, Unconventional Interventions, and Terrorism and the Asia Research Institute.
The report sets out their recommendations in areas including foreign intervention, international law, the economy, security, human rights, regional powers, religion, and modern slavery and human trafficking as well as exploring the future of UK and US intervention in Afghanistan.
