School of Politics and International Relations' PhD student Nora Leach has been awarded the Dean Moore Scholarship award at this year's University of Nottingham Tri Campus Awards.
The Dean Moore Scholarship is one of the Researcher Academy's Endowed Awards and postgraduate research students are nominated for the accolade by their schools.
The Endowed Awards are as a result of gifts made to the university by former staff and alumni who wanted to celebrate the brightest and best students and recognise how they contribute to our world leading research and the transformative impact they make to the wider university community.
The Dean Moore Scholarship Award founded in 1949 by a bequest under the will of Mrs Florence Moore (née Dean) of Thorneywood, Nottingham, formerly a teacher at the Carlton Road School, Nottingham. It is open to Honours graduates of any approved University, for a student, ordinarily resident in the East Midlands Area.
Congratulations Nora!
