Biography
Jasper Miles completed his doctoral studies at the University of Liverpool under the supervision of Dr Kevin Hickson. His thesis explored the competing approaches to electoral reform within the Labour Party, which was later turned into a monograph (Bloomsbury, 2023). He has researched and written on a range of themes within British politics, including the Labour Party, constitutional reform and Britain's relationship with Europe.
Prior to joining Nottingham, Jasper taught and lectured across the politics curriculum at the universities of Lincoln, Queen Mary, Goldsmiths, Manchester, the Institute of Continuing Education (University of Cambridge), West London, Winchester, Liverpool Hope and Liverpool.
