Sue Arrowsmith will be presenting next week at the Advanced Global Workshop on Government Procurement organised by the World Trade Organization in Geneva (20-24 November 2017). The event is focused on the role of the revised Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) in promoting trade, good governance and sustainable development, providing a forum for education and discussion for WTO Member and Observers and other interested parties.
Professor Arrowsmith will make three presentations, covering the application of the GPA framework to Public-Private Partnerships, the EU experience with GPA implementation and lessons from the EU's experience of domestic review procedures.
