Sue Arrowsmith gives keynote address at the Nordic Public Procurement Forum 2019, Copenhagen

Professor Sue Arrowsmith was yet again keynote speaker at this year's Nordic Public Procurement Forum, held in Copenhagen on 19-22 November 2019.

This is the largest privately-hosted public procurement conference in the Nordic countries, attracting a large audience of regulators, lawyers and purchasing professionals from across northern Europe. Professor Arrowsmith presented various recent trends and developments in EU public procurement regulation, including the implications of Brexit.
