Dr Luke Butler, renowned scholar in commercial aspects of public procurement, joins the PPRG

We are delighted to announce that Luke Butler (Associate Professor, University of Nottingham School of Law) has joined the Public Procurement Research Group. Luke is currently the joint Editor (alongside founder Professor Arrowsmith QC (hon)) of the Public Procurement Law Review and specialises in commercial aspects of government contracts. His diverse research spans complex procurement across a range of industry sectors (most notably defence and rail), contract pricing, industry sector regulation and private law and will contribute to the continuing breadth and depth of the PPRG’s world-leading expertise.
