Updated bibliography of research on public procurement regulation

The Public Procurement Research Group has just published an updated version of the comprehensive bibliography of works on public procurement law and regulation that was first published in 2011 by the Nottingham-led Asia Link Consortium, funded by the EU. This is a free resource updated since 2011 by the University of Nottingham, with the assistance of Stellenbosch University and the University of Laverne. We’re very grateful to our sponsor, Achilles Information Ltd, for supporting the updating project.

The bibliography contains more than 4000 items. It brings together books, book chapters, and articles from both the leading specialist journals (such as the Public Procurement Law Review and Public Contract Law Journal) and general law journals (Law Quarterly Review, Common Market Law Review, Harvard Law Review etc). It also includes works with a regulatory dimension from journals in other fields, such as political science, economics and management.
