Dr Luke Butler presents by invitation of the Norwegian Law Commission

On 10 January 2024, Luke Butler was invited by the Norwegian Law Commission to give a presentation on reform of review and remedies provision under UK public procurement law. The Law Commission which was appointed by Royal Decree 4 November 2022 is tasked with reviewing Norwegian public procurement law with a view to reform. The Commission is led by a leading professor in EEA/EU-law, Halvard Haukeland Fredriksen, and three lawyers, two economists, and the NHO, LO and KS (the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise, The Norwegian Labour Organisation, and The Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities. The invitation was kindly facilitated by Svein Terje Tveit of Arntzen de Besche.
