‘Flu Recall and patient register management
PRIMIS recommends that practices wishing to identify patients in ‘at-risk’categories and ‘grey areas’ (where it is uncertain whether a ‘flu vaccination is required) to ensure that the maximum number of patients from their practice benefit from vaccination should use the PRIMIS ‘Flu Recall audit tool.
This tool is designed to help GP practices organise their ‘flu, zoster and pneumococcal campaigns efficiently, with minimum waste, expense or unnecessary effort. This tool helps practices track these patients and improve their register year on year. The ‘Flu Recall audit tool is available free to full members of PRIMIS Hub (although basic members can obtain it for a one off fee of £45). More information about the ‘Flu Recall audit can be found here.
Please note that if you require the PRIMIS ‘Flu Uptake Survey audit tool you must be at least a basic member of PRMIS Hub. If you are not already a member you can join here for free.
