Monday 6th January 2014 saw the start of a helpdesk service for anyone using CHART, CHART Online or any of the PRIMIS audit tools.
All PRIMIS customers, including basic and full members of PRIMIS Hub, will be able to access support from a member of the PRIMIS team via phone or email. The helpdesk service has been funded by an educational grant from Boehringer Ingelheim Ltd.
The helpdesk will be available Monday to Friday between 11 am and 2 pm.
Anyone needing the support of the helpdesk should either call the new dedicated phone line, 0115 846 6424, or email helpdesk@primis.nottingham.ac.uk
