PRIMIS audit tools really help busy practices, with many of them developed to make life easier when complying with national requirements.
The new Learning Disabilities Self-Assessment Framework audit tool is a great example of this.
Throughout November, practices will be asked to supply data by their Local Area Teams to meet the requirements of the Joint Health and Social Care Self-Assessment Framework for learning disability.
Our new audit tool will free up practices from having to manually extract this data or write their own system searches.
Our tool provides a summary sheet of all the information that’s required by the online assessment form.
All practices have to do is run the audit then email the summary sheet findings to whoever is responsible for collating the data in their area.
The Learning Disability SAF audit tool is being made free to our full Hub members, but anyone else can obtain it for a one-off £45 (plus VAT) fee per practice.
If you know who is coordinating the data returns for the Joint Health and Social Care Self-Assessment Framework for learning disability in your area, please forward this email to them, so they are aware of this useful tool.
Full Hub members can obtain this audit tool via the 'Check for Updates' facility within CHART.
