Full members of PRIMIS Hub can now access a powerful new data quality tool: PRIMIS Data Quality Indicators (PDQI).
PDQI provides comprehensive oversight of over 60 critical data quality indicators with a mechanism for GP practices and CCGs to compare and rank their results online. It highlights issues and can help practices and CCGs understand the root causes of poor quality data, so such errors are not repeated. PDQI represents significant added value over alternative means of practice data assessment as it includes documentation, easy upload to view the results instantly online (within PRIMIS Hub) and integrates with other PRIMIS tools that can help rectify any issues that are identified.Full members of PRIMIS Hub can start to use PDQI by downloading the query library via the CHART Update facility. By submitting aggregate data to CHART Online, practices can instantly access reports within PRIMIS Hub, providing them with a score for each indicator as well as an overall data quality score for their practice. Equivalent reports for CCGs will be released when enough practice data has been uploaded to CHART Online. If you are not yet a member, you can join here.
