This weeks publication of the week is a paper by Dr Nicholas Holmes published in Frontiers of Psychology: Online control of prehension predicts performance on a Standardized Motor Assessment Test in 8 to 12 year old children

The paper showed that childrens' ability to aim, throw, and catch was related to how well they can quickly change directions during movement.
