We are delighted to be involved as co-applicants on a 5-year R01 grant awarded to our collaborator MIchael Hsieh at BRI in Rockville, Maryland, in collaboration with Theodor Jardetzky, Professor of structural biology at Stanford University. The $1 Mio grant will allow us to explore the therapeutic properties of a parasitic molecule called H-IPSE, produced exclusively by Schistosoma haematobium eggs.
