Description
The ACT Research Group at the University of Nottingham are hosting a seminar with guest speaker, Efthymios Kapsalis. This seminar intends to explore the societal and developmental importance of designing for inclusion whether in the macro-, meso-, or micro-scale. It will feature an up-to-date outlook of accessibility conditions in the built environment, supported by findings from socio-spatial studies.

Description
This seminar is being hosted by the ACT Research Group at the University of Nottingham. Guest speaker includes Executive Director David Ames. David is a Chartered Town Planner and qualified surveyor and is responsible for strategic town planning, heritage and environment matters. He has 26 years experience in private and public sectors and returned to the Heritage Foundation in 2011, following working for us between 1997 to 2002.

It also showcases recent work of Chinese architectural practices to demonstrate the current thinking of how to be at home in the city during and after the pandemic.
