Professor Zoe Trodd wins University Discipline Bridging Award

Centre for Research in Race and Rights co-director will lead cross-faculty project on contemporary slavery

The £25,000 discipline bridging award, led by American and Canadian Studies and the Centre for Research in Race and Rights, brings together six named staff members from American and Canadian Studies, Sociology, Business, Politics and Contemporary Chinese Studies for a research collaboration called The Slavery Lens: Interdisciplinary Strategies for Contemporary Abolition during the academic year 2015-16.
