Nelly Chibuzor Nwachukwu, born in the late 80's. Attended higher school in Nigeria. Studied psychology at the undergraduate level, obtain a masters in occupational safety and health from the University of Salford, Manchester. Currently a Ph.D. student in applied psychology, University of Nottingham. My Research interest is on the impact of psychosocial hazards on employees safety and well-being.

My current research is investigating the impact of psychosocial hazards (work-family) conflict on employees safety in the Nigerian social-cultural environment. We are testing the bio-directional dimension of work-family to know which of the two domains (work or family) contributes significantly to workplace accidents involving employees.
