Professor Derclaye was invited to present her latest article titled "An empirical analysis of the design law in the EU Member States" in Denmark and Sweden. The article will soon appear in the International Review for Intellectual Property and Competition law (IIC).
On 4 April 2019, she presented it as part of a seminar on "EU Design Law - How does it (not) work?" chaired by Professor Jens Schovsbo and open to faculty and practitioners.
The next day she presented the same paper at the EU law discussion group series of the Faculty of law of the University of Lund open to staff and students.
