British Columbia Centre for Business to host virtual Colloquium

Professor Irit Mevorach will present new ideas for the design of a model law for the resolution of cross-border financial institutions  

On 13-14 September 2020, the University of British Columbia Centre for Business Law will host, with the support of the International Insolvency Institute, a virtual colloquium on the resolution of cross-border financial institutions. Professor Irit Mevorach will discuss the Conceptualizing of a Model Law on Cross-Border Financial Institution Resolution in a panel with Professor Ignacio Tirado (UNIDROIT) and Professor Stephan Madaus (Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg).
