Professor Mevorach advises at UNCITRAL informal consultations on small enterprises' insolvency (11-15 May, 2020)

The 57th session of UNCITRAL Working Group V has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Still, the Working Group held informal consultations through MS Teams. Professor Mevorach advised in these consultations as a UK delegate. In this session, the Working Group continued to develop a special simplified insolvency regime for micro and small enterprises.
