Professor Paul Torremans - joining world class experts

On 24 March 2021, Professor Paul Torremans had the pleasure of joining world-class experts from the University of Athens, the University of Nicosia, the Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation and the Heritage Management Organisation for a webinar on ‘Museums’ and Cultural Institutions’ collections management’ organised by the Hellenic Committee of the Blue Shield.

Professor Torremans delivered a paper entitled ‘A role for trade marks in collection management for museums and cultural institutions’, based on his earlier work in Egypt with WIPO, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
