Peter Cartwright is Discussant at National University of Singapore Seminar Series

On 27 October, Professor Peter Cartwright of the School of Law and the Nottingham Commercial Law Centre (UNCLC) was an invited discussant at a paper delivered at the Centre for Banking and Finance Law at the National University of Singapore (NUS).

The paper, entitled “Illegal Moneylending in Singapore: the Intersection between Consumer Law and Criminal Law” was delivered by Dr Jodi Gardner, Fellow of St. John’s College Cambridge and Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at NUS. Alongside Peter as invited discussants were Dr Arushi Garg of the University of Sheffield, UK and Dr Huailu Li of Fudan University, China.
