Professor Irit Mevorach will present study on cross-border resolution of financial institutions

Professor Irit Mevorach will present, with Professor Ignacio Tirado, Secretary General of UNIDROIT, results of a transnational collaborative study and a forthcoming monograph on the cross-border resolution of distressed financial institutions, at INSOL International Annual Academic Conference in London (25 June 2022). 

This project, funded by the International Insolvency Institute, is a collaborative initiative of the 'Bowen group' (Ronald Davis, Stephan Madaus, Monica Marcucci, Irit Mevorach, Riz Mokal, Barbara Romaine, Janis Sarra and Ignacio Tirado).
