Professor Mevorach will participate in a panel on the implementation of new UNCITRAL Model Laws

Prfessor Irit Mevorach will discuss the development of the UNCITRAL Model Laws on enforcement of insolvency judgments and on enterprise groups insolvency as well as the U.K. consultation on the implementation of these models, at the 2022 International Insolvency & Restructuring Symposium (October 13-14 | London), hosted by the ABI, the American College of Bankruptcy, the International Insolvency Institute (III), INSOL, IWIRC and TMA Europe (See website for more detail).
