This Friday the Nottingham Literary Linguistics Research Series is pleased to welcome Dr Joanna Gavins from the University of Sheffield to talk on ‘Pronouns and perspectives in Absurdist poetry’. This will be of interest particularly for anyone interested in absurdism, stylistics, and of course in Text World theory – Dr Gavins is the world’s leading expert in the field. 

All seminars of the Literary Linguistics Research Series take place at the Sir Clive Granger Building, A39, University Park, 1-2pm; please check the schedule for topics of the upcoming talks.
