Description

Would you like to improve your knowledge, confidence and skills at communicating with patients with dementia?

Are you a nurse, doctor or AHP with experience working with people with dementia in hospital?

The VOICE communication skills training course is an evidence based course which includes a range of teaching methods including simulation, reflection and video workshops together with discussion and presentations to teach dementia communication skills. It has been shown to be effective at increasing knowledge, confidence and skills.

Cost: £250 pp per course for both days (Lunch provided on the full day but not for the half day)

Dates:

Course 1: 26 January 2018 (full day) and 2 March 2018 (am)

Course 2: 26 February (full day) and 26 March 2018 (am)

The course will be over 1 1/2 days.
