Nottingham Poetry Series is pleased to present its first Poetry Performance Evening, taking place at Five Leaves Bookshop in Nottingham city centre!

Sophie Collins is a poet based in Edinburgh. She is the co-editor of tender, an online journal promoting work by female-identified writers and artists. Her poems have appeared in magazines, anthologies, newspapers, art books and in the first instalment of the newly revived Penguin Modern Poets series. She is currently Artist in Residence at Glasgow Women’s Library, where she is researching and writing a text on self-expression, subjectivity and shame to be published by Book Works in 2017. Currently & Emotion, an  of contemporary poetry translations, has recently been published by Test Centre.

Admission for this event is £5 (£3 concession) and refreshments will be available.
