I will be talking about what I currently mean by digital gifting within the context of my research and the problems I haveve faced in tying down a definition. I also hope to discuss a few of examples of digital gifting within museums and the culture sector, how I am reviewing them and what further questions they have revealed about digital gifting.
This talk will be a quick run-down of the crisis area my research concerns, some previous approaches to the situation, and the most recent iteration of my study design. I'll also touch on some of the results of my PLP, where I spoke to participants about their understanding of and practices surrounding digital advertising.
