Biography
I am an Engineer who likes to improve technical processes. I have 7+ years' experience managing businesses, products, and programs by initiating strategies, launching systems, monitoring performances, delivering results, and ending projects to align business objectives with key performance indicators.
I am currently a PhD "AI for workplace productivity" researcher and a research fellow at the Institute for the Future of work London.
I am researching workplace programs digitization, increasing the use /adoption of new technologies in the workplace to reduce drudgery using Artificial intelligence, workplace processes and technology for the next generation, and the demand for new HCI skills in the workplace.
Expertise Summary
I started my career as a founder of Agrommerce, an online platform for the distribution of food products in bulk from rural areas, after winning the Roar Pitching competition. I have since then managed technical businesses as a TPM and Data analyst recently. I am also Google's Women Techmakers Ambassador.
My experiences managing businesses built up my interest in the Future of work.
