Disaster Risk Management Index: Felix Torres Penagos from March 2019 (ongoing)
NILSC collaborated with the International Federation of the Red Cross, which is in the process of comparing the main Disaster Risk Management instruments in more than 200 jurisdictions. White & Case and Amazon are providing pro bono support to the IFRC in this area.
The IFRC welcomed NILSC as an academic partner to undertake the review in more countries.
PhD Candidate Felix Torres Penagos was recruited to undertake studies of two jurisdictions.
