Erica has been teaching Veterinary Anatomy at School of Veterinary Medicine and Science at Nottingham University since its opening in 2006. In 2019 Erica completed her PhD in Veterinary Education, which evaluated anatomy teaching in a clinically integrated curriculum. Erica is currently Programme Lead for the BVMedSci degree and has recently overseen the implementation of the Dual Intake model. Erica's interest and expertise in Veterinary Education facilitate her role in leading the PG Certificate in Veterinary Education and the Teaching EMS placement hosted by the school
Erica is involved in anatomy teaching, primarily in practical classes. She also facilitates small group teaching sessions such as clinical relevance and communication skills.
