Laurence is a BPS chartered psychologist with an interdisciplinary skill set spanning sport, exercise and health psychology, perceptual-cognitive expertise, and motor control. Laurence joined the University of Nottingham (UoN) having previously worked at Loughborough University. He is a member of the Division of Physiology, Pharmacology and Neuroscience, within the School of Life Sciences.

His research interests include gaze behaviour, cognitive function, perception and action, active travel, behaviour change, anticipation.
