Agile Working is an approach to work that provides people with enhanced autonomy over their day-to-day roles. This includes, where appropriate, increased choice over time, location, type of work and methods of delivery and collaboration. This choice is always framed and influenced by the needs of the students, colleagues and partners.
The Agile Working Framework lays out the university expectation around the principles, purpose and scope and is supported by health and safety policy, guidance and forms.
Seperate guidance has been produced by Equality Diversity and Inclusion regarding reasonable adjustments - see related links for more information and you can find more information on the Agile Working SharePoint Site
