Nottingham Sutton Trust Summer Schools - applications open 14th January!

Our Nottingham Summer Schools are open to Year 12 students at UK state-maintained schools and colleges.

Participants will enjoy a free 5-day residential Nottingham experience in July and will also receive support with the UCAS application process and HE transition through year 13. Students who complete our Summer School are eligible for an enhanced contextual offer (up to two grades lower) for most Nottingham courses.

If a student enrols as a full-time undergraduate (Home UK) at Nottingham after attending this programme, they automatically qualify for a bursary worth £1,000 for each year of undergraduate study.

Apply online by midday 6th March. Please direct questions to summer-school@nottingham.ac.uk

University wide subject specific opportunities and events

A number of schools and departments across the University also run outreach activities in specific subjects. These activities include demonstrations in schools, taster days held at the University and support from current students within the schools.

Below you will find links to the outreach pages for various subjects, which detail information relating to their activities with schools and colleges.

Using the University libraries

There are ten libraries across the University’s UK campuses containing a wealth of resources on a myriad of subjects. Library staff are keen to give local schools access to these. Please visit the school group visit page for further information.
