Understanding More than Food meal services

Global and local concerns around health inequalities associated with poor diets continue to grow, leading to an increasing need for support in accessing sufficient, healthy and nutritious food.

Across Nottinghamshire, there are various community initiatives that promote and improve healthy and sustainable eating. More than Food (MtF) meal services facilitate nutritionally accessible food, typically at a low cost to vulnerable people. Our project will strengthen the potential of More than Food meal services to address food insecurity by co-developing innovation solutions with stakeholders.
