What do I need to do before my quit date?
Use a patch!

- For up to 4 weeks before your planned quit date, use a daily nicotine patch
- Put a new patch on when you wake up and take it off before you go to bed
- Put the patch on your arm, shoulder, hip or thigh but not over your heart
- Choose a different place each day; use the right side one day and the left side the next
