Winter Timetables

Over the Christmas period (Monday 16th December 2024 to Sunday 12th January 2025), our fitness class schedule will vary from week to week. You can find weekly timetables for the period that covers all of our centres through the links below:

We will endeavour to ensure that all classes run to the timetable above, however there may be some minor changes that have to be made over Christmas. You can always see an accurate timetable and book any of the classes included in our winter timetable by logging into your account here

Our diverse range of exercise classes are experiences, created, and developed by some of the leaders in the fitness industry. Members can take advantage of our signature LES MILLS class programme or enjoy the variety of HIIT, Tone, Speciality or Mind and Body classes.

Strengthen your core, sculpt lean muscle, and increase flexibility with our on-site classes held at across our 3 Sports Centres at David Ross Sports Village, Jubilee Sports Centre or Sutton Bonington Sport Centre.

Abs Blast

A short and sharp class focusing on strengthening and toning your stomach muscles. The class is short enough to fit in the busiest of schedules.

Aqua Fit

Low impact water-based exercise - increases heart rate and help tone your body.

Bbarreless

A fusion of dance, Pilates and Yoga to the beat of the music. Incorporating strength, balance, power and flexibility movements using either a band/ball or both. 

Body Conditioning

Incorporates resistance and weights to work on your strength and tone, as well as aerobic exercises to develop and improve cardiovascular fitness to give you a great total body workout.

Bootcamp

A fun, varied, and engaging outdoor class using modern equipment, and your own bodyweight, to improve your muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

Box Fit

Cardio and muscular endurance workout that combines boxing with circuit training.

Core & Flex

Build your core, flexibility and strength while improving health and posture. 

Functional Circuits

Innovative class using a variety of modern training equipment including TRX, Kettlebells and Battle Ropes.

Group Weight Training

A structured group weight training class deigned to sculpt and strengthen your body, whilst educating you on correct lifting techniques to build confidence in your ability to train alone in our fitness suites. This class is supervised by one of our qualified fitness instructors who will be on hand to help and motivate you throughout. 

HIIT

Uplifting class combines high-intensity movement with short periods of recovery.

HIITSTEP

A high energy exercise class using only bodyweight and a step that pushes you to new limits. Burn up to 400 calories during a HIITSTEP class and improve power, speed, co-ordination, agility and endurance.

Indoor Cycling

The ultimate cardiovascular workout on a bike working to motivational music that helps to improve fitness and endurance. Unite with fellow riders to achieve team goals based on bike data displayed in real time on a large screen using the state-of-the-art Connect® technology.

Kettlebell

A total-body resistance workout, targeting all muscles groups whilst using kettlebells. Improve your muscular strength & endurance whilst performing fun and challenging exercises.

Les Mills Body Balance™

A flowing combination of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi that will leave you feeling energised.

Les Mills Body Combat™

A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class. 

Les Mills Body Pump™

The world's most popular weights class. A total body workout, set to great music.

Les Mills Shapes ™

Les Mills Shapes is a strength based workout inspired by Pilates, Barre & Power Yoga.

Legs, Bums and Tums

A fun combination of aerobic, body weight and resistance training to help tighten up those stubborn areas.

LBT Circuits

A circuit style class designed to strengthen, tone, and define your lower body and abdominals by challenging your legs, glutes and core with a varied conditioning workout.

Low Impact Circuits

This low impact workout is for members who want a class that improves fitness and muscle tone whilst being easy on the joints.

MyRide

Experience an interactive and motivating indoor cycling class with our on screen Myride coach and terrain focused footage from around the world. Enjoy this class with other riders, with on-screen guidance displaying data such as rpm and resistance targets.

Pilates

Non-impact exercises designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness.

SWEAT

A dynamic workout combining cardiovascular and muscular endurance to improve your fitness levels and make you do exactly as the class name suggests!

Yoga-Express

A 45 minute class perfect for those short on time but still committed to their practice.

Yoga-Fitness

A challenging mix of yoga poses that will target every area of your body. A combination of deep stretches and a blissful savasana.

Yoga-Hatha

A mix of gentle yoga poses without any flow between them. You will leave the class feeling longer, looser and more relaxed.

Yoga-Power Flow

Step up your vinyasa practice with this more challenging flow. Bring a towel and prepare to sweat your way through more advanced sun salutations (with some inversions thrown in for good measure).

Yoga-Vinyasa flow

Link your breath to your movements with a flow designed to build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength.

Zumba™

A fusion of dance moves that creates a dynamic and exciting workout.

Zumba Gold™

Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class
