We deliver a full range of Sports Massage sessions which involve the manipulation of soft tissue to alleviate pain and provide treatment for a range of musculoskeletal problems including sports injuries, muscle tension, inflammation and stiffness.

Sports Massage

Sports massage, delivered by our fully qualified remedial massage therapists, carries a number of physiological and psychological benefits. These include:

  • Reduces muscle tension, inflammation and stiffness
  • Increases circulation of blood around the body
  • Psychological benefits including reduction in cortisol levels, and tension and anxiety
  • Increase in dopamine and serotonin levels

On your first appointment, our highly trained staff will discuss and tailor a 30 minute or a full hour session to relieve stress and get you ready for your next challenge.

NEW Sports Massage Evening Clinics

From the 13 November 2023, we will be introducing sports massage evening clinics to offer you more flexibility when booking your appointment.

Our sports massage evening clinics will run during below times:

  • Monday's 5pm-8pm
  • Thursday's 5pm-8pm
