What is Empower?

The Empower campaign is for all women, trans and non-binary identifying students at the University of Nottingham.

We aim to create a dynamic and welcoming community where you can try something different, meet new people and get active.

We're running a whole week of Empower events during March 2025 - all completely free-of-charge. Sessions include our Girls' Night In event, Taylor Swift-themed spin class, dance workshops and boxing lessons.

How do I get involved?
